Measuring Your Pooch
Please make sure that you correctly measure your dog before placing your order. We recommend measuring around your dogs next and around their chest circumference before placing any orders. Allow for an extra inch or two for comfort.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on harnesses due to ordering the buyer ordering incorrect or inappropriate sizes for their dog.
In certain circumstances if the harnesses do not measure as advertised in our product descriptions we may consider a refund on these products however return delivery is solely at buyer's expense.
The Cupcake Pug Company Return Policy
In the unlikely circumstance you are not completely happy with your Cupcake Pug purchase we will readily provide a full refund of the item within 15 days of purchase; providing they are in perfect condition, unused (this includes the presence of dog hair) and returned in all the original packaging.
Unless the purchases arrive faulty or damaged, all shipping and return postal costs are solely the responsibility of the customer, including the return shipping of the unwanted item as well as the new item’s postal fee.
As we cannot be responsible for the loss of exchanges, we recommend you used a tracked service to send your goods back to us.
The Cupcake Pug Company aims to ship orders worldwide and within 1-2 days of placing your order.
Due to increasing popularity demands we are giving our customers the ability to pre-order our most sought after products before they arrive.
Please check the item listing to see whether your item is in stock or is available for pre-order.
If you are placing a multi-purchase order where one or more items are pre-ordered, your parcel will be shipped as soon as all the items in your order are available.
All our products are sent via tracked shipping for your convenience, and we will provide you with the tracking number as soon as items have been dispatched.
As some of our items come directly from a particular supplier, your item may be dispatched in different parcels.
For international orders, all customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within your own country. We cannot help in predicting or calculating any possible import fee's - we would recommend you speak to your local postal service.
Looking after your purchases
The majority of the items on our Cupcake Pug Co store are hand-made, and therefore do require a certain level of care.
Please take care when visiting environments that could cause possible tarnishing and erosion to your products. (such as sand, salt water, snow etc).
We recommend wiping down and regular buffing of your products to stop any tarnishing of hard ware and washing all items by hand.
All the products on the Cupcake Pug Co website are only intended as accessories and therefore The Cupcake Pug Company can assume no damage liability or liability for any harm to human or animal that products may cause.
The use of the product and safety of the pet and owner is completely at the purchaser's responsibility.
